Agreement

By accessing or using Nestit Element you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may modify these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Service Description

Nestit Element provides messaging and collaboration services. Features, availability, and functionality may change from time to time. We may introduce, modify, or remove features without prior notice.

Accounts & Security

• Users must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us of unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or abuse.

Acceptable Use

You must not use the service to engage in illegal activity, distribute malware, harass others, or otherwise abuse the platform. Prohibited actions include but are not limited to:

• Unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Uploading content that infringes third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the service and its content are owned by Nestit Element or its licensors. You retain rights in content you submit, subject to the licenses you grant to operate and improve the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breaches or if required by law. You may close your account via account settings; some data may persist as described in our Privacy Notice.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nestit Element is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the prior 12 months, if any.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. Material changes will be notified through the service or via email where appropriate.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Nestit Element operates, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law. Disputes should first be attempted to be resolved amicably.
